Piknik Austrian Cheese

This cheese is Feta’s less salty, creamier cousin. It comes in 3” rounds stacked in brine in a very cute and easy to store tin.

Cut off a quarter, smash it with a fork and top with EVOO and zaatar. Enjoy with sliced Persian cucumbers and heirloom tomatoes sprinkled with chunky salt. A perfect crunchy, salty, creamy midday snack.
